As far as I'm aware you only receive that msg, in 2003, if the
registry
settings for outlook have been set for maximum pst size, and the
default
installation of 2003 does not add these settings. The max size
for
a
2003
unicode pst is in the order of 20gb whilst the max size for a
pre
2003
pst
is 2gb

Does scanpst.exe, the repair tool run on this data file & report
no
errors?

Oh, I see. Yes, POP mail. However, I don't see how this has

relationship
to Outlook's PST file being too large. I assume this is an
Outlook
issue
whereas POP mail relates to the communication method. Isn't it

What type of email acct do you have? Apparently the pst
has
reached
the
maximum allowable size... you can check for the pst file
size
at
Windows xp:
