I am using Outlook 2002 and was wondering what is the maximum number of
recipients that I can send to at one time?

Outlook has no limitation. Your ISP or Exchange server, otoh, might.

Depends on your ISP. Why don't you ask them.

I forgot to mention this is my personal DL; does this make a difference? The
system administrator think there is a limit on my personal DL but not on the
Global List.

Nope, not really. However, if you're talking about an Exchange Server, it
could. A personal DL isn't a DL as such, it's a grouping of email
addresses. There isn't a difference between putting 10 people on the To
line and putting in a personal DL with 10 people on it.
