Maximized windows

If I have a maximized window open & I try to open a non-maximized window it
opens behind the maximized window so I can't see it. The maximized window is
always in front (on top). I can open tje non-maximized window if I use the
right click on rhe mouse. How do I open the smaller window in front?--

Note (in that article) that TweakUI can make the registry edit, if you don't
wish to do it manually.

The UNDO file at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line #66
right-side) makes the same registry edit.

between all windows.
