maximize window

when i open the excel program, sometimes it fills up the
whole screen and sometimes only about three quarters of
it. where can i indicate that i always want the program
to open maximized?

Hi

If you right-click on the icon that you use to open Excel, there are various
options in there under Properties. One of these if how the window should be
opened (depending on OS).
