Hello,

See this:

"Windows NT File Size and Partition Size Limits"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q93496

According to that KB article I must be doing something terribly wrong; partition size is definitely way off base: I'm using FAT32 formatted for a cluster-size of 1 Kb on hard-drives of 10, 20, 40, and lately 80 Gb, each with only "one" partition on the disk; which should be impossible were I to have followed the guidelines in the information published on that page.

I'm also fairly certain I have exceeded the 4 Gb maximum for one or two zip-files I've created, a time or two, in moving folders and files from one drive to another inorder to reformat drives when cycling smaller drives down when adding larger newer ones on two drive machines.
