FAT16 Vs FAT32

Hi all,

Thanks for the help.
I was almost about to finalise on FAT32 with feedback from you. I found from
the following link that there are lots of problems for windows NT and XP
systems on FAT32 and FAT16 suits better.

but somehow couldn't make out properly exact reason why FAT16 is better for
XP than FAT32.

Note: I am running XPe on Removable CF.

well, first, the thread you point is ~10 year old...

Second, If you need to have a partition over 2gig, you need to have
FAT32. You just don't have a choice (well.. you got ntfs)
