The browser has forced an election on network %1 because a
master browser was stopped.

Somebody has any suggestions about the meaning of this
message. nobody stopped anything on my machine.

As to the Browser elections, this is a normal windows thing. When ever a
machine joins a Windows network or workgroup it tries to set itself up as
the master. It polls the other machines to determine with one should be the
master browser, especially if you have no server. Usually the newest O/\S
will win.
Notthing to worry about. The event entry only means another computer was
turned on and checked to see if it should be the master browser.
