I need to understand what error 3221225473 means in the following eventvwr
application log entry:
EventID=4104
Source: Ci
Category: CI Service
Type: Informational
text message: 'Master merge has been paused on
f:\catalogs\web_51_2\catalog.wci due to error 3221225473. It will be
rescheduled later.'
I found a knowledge base article on the microsoft support site about the
4104 but it doesn't say much more than what the text above says with the
exception that it says 'usually this is caused by lack of disk space or
memory'. However, I have plenty of free disk and memory.
This is a win2k server (SP4) with plenty of free disk space (90GB free where
the catalogs and content reside - I have 10 catalogs each w/ between 200k and
1.6M docs on my F drive which has about 90GB of free space). 2GB of RAM and
always more than 600MB available. This keeps recurring and need to
understand why - I have a second, almost identical, server that has the same
catalogs configured to backup this server's catalogs (cataloging the same
data files) which does not have this error and is running fine.
