Does anyone have a clue on how to maintain a master category list between
uses in exchange?
Currently from user to user the master category changes to user defined.

This is because it is a user setting kept in the registry;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Categories
