Master Browser

Can someone tell me how to stop a Win 2K or XP box from
becoming the Master Browser on an NT 4 domain?

The is a reg entry that can be set to 'No' which will stop
it from being a browser, but then the browser service will
not start.

I want the browser service to be able to start so we can
browse these servers/workstations on the network, but I
don't want them to win any elections...
