Married business contacts

I am a mortgage loan officer so the majority of my business contacts are
married couples...is there a way to create one record for the couple but have
both of their information in the record. It will only let you put in one
first name and one birthdate.

You can add additional fields in BCM and customize them for your business.
Click on Business Contact Manager, Customize Forms, Manage User Defined
Fields and you'll see the different item types you can customize.
