Markup and Tracking word 2002

B

blah

Hello people. I have some documents (*.doc) and templates (*.dot) where
markup and tracking has been utilised with office 2002. These documents have
to be sent outside the organization iam working for. I want to get rid of
all mark-up and tracked changes in regards to these documents. How do I do
this?

Even after going tools-> track changes (un-highlighting it) there still
appears to be bubbles with "deleted" "formatting" on the right hand side of
the document.

If I go view->markup (un-highlighting it) the bubbles go away, but appear
again if highlight markup again, indicating that it has just taken it out of
sight.

How do I cleanse these documents of markup and previously tracked changes
before sending it?

On the Reviewing toolbar, click on the arrow beside Accept Change and choose
Accept All Changes in Document. If there are comments, click on the arrow
beside Reject Change/Delete Comment and choose Delete All Comments in
Document.
