Marking Items

Is there a way to mark an item on this board so that you
may go back say hours later..and see if anyone responded?
Or do you simply have to search by date/time?

Yes. On the Toolbar at the top, click Message/Flag Message and/or Watch
Conversation. You will see the Markers at the left side.

You are using the web view to access these newsgroups. There is not
currently any options such as you describe available for this view although
Microsoft is working on an update which will include some new features.

I recommend using Outlook Express to access the newsgroups, it gives you
many more options to track messages. You can click a menu option when
viewing a newsgroup and select to show only your own messages and any
replies to those messages.

To set up Outlook Express for viewing newsgroups, go to the following
website and follow the instructions there.
