Marketing e-mail campaign with a merge

Hi,
I've been trying different mail merge options to create a marketing campaign
e-mail blast.

When I select Word e-mail merge for my delivery method - I am unable to
define a subjet for the subsequent e-mails.
Is it possible?

When I select Outlook as my delivery method I am unable to perform a merge
with the name fields working.
Is it possible?

I just tried a few more times and noticed I missed something using the Word
e-mail version - the little window that pops up leaves a space to add a
subject after step 3 of 3 - e-mail merge version.
I hope that helps someone elst too..
