Mark Complete does not remove from Favorite Folder List

I flag a lot of emails to remind me to look at them later. When I click the
flag to mark it complete, it still shows up in the Favorite Folder. The only
way to get it out of the list ist to clear the flag. I don't know if this is
a "feature" or not, but once I've completed it I want it to be out of the
list.

Here's the question: In Office 2003 I had the "Clear Flag" button on my
toobar. In Office 2007, I cannot put the "Clear Flag" on the ribbon nor the
quick access toolbar. Now I have to click 2 times to clear a flag. How can
I add the funcationality of clearing a flag to the quick access toolbar?
