"Mark all" does not work as before!!

Used to be that when I selected "mark all" all of the unread messages in a
newsgroup would immediately be marked as read. It still does this in
Microsoft Communities but no longer in news-server.tx.rr.com. Here it takes
a VERY long time to mark them as read. Why? If I select all massages and
then hit mark as read they are instantly marked.

Try a find or catch up or manually apply a message rule.
