Mapped printers not under all user profiles

Logged in as admin, connect to a shared printer on another
XP/2000 workstation, prints fine, log in as another user
with rights to shared printer, printer does not exsist?
How do I "fill down" the mapped printer to all users on
the workstation?

This is in a standard workgroup, all username / passwords
on all pc's are the same, with administrative rights.
