I tried to send an email to Grisoft (AVG) by opening the Control
Centre/Information/Technical Support by email and got the message that I am
not using a Simple Mapi Compliant Email. I an using Outlook Express. I have
used this before without any problems.
I tried this :
To set Outlook Express as your default Simple MAPI client:
1.. Close all other running e-mail programs
2.. Open Outlook Express
3.. Click on Tools, then Options.
4.. Click on the General tab
5.. Click 'Make Outlook Express My default Simple MAPI client'
6.. Click OK
However I cannot find No 5.
I have also been into Internet Options/Programs but the only two listed
there are Outlook Express and Hotmail.
I am using the Beta 3 Version of Internet Explorer, would that be the cause
of the problem?
Any assistance please anyone?
