Many Questions

This is what I am doing. I am a basketball coach and want to burn unedited
copieds to DVD and import Video into Movie Maker for editing. Are there
easier ways.

1. Video Capture - using WMM selecting "High Quality Video (NTSC)"

2. Using ULead Studio9 for burning - import raw footage and burn but not
enough space on disc (even using fit and burn feature). Videos are roughly
80 min long. do I need to import in a smaller/less quality format to make
work? HELP!

3. After editing video can I export a collection to ULead and keep in raw
format (saves conversion time) or do I have to Burn it to a movie and the
bring into ULead?

4. When receiving a video from another team on DVD - typically they are in
VOB format. How do I bring into WMM? Do I need a converter? What one do
you suggest.

Basically I need to most efficient way (time saving) while still maintaining
decent quality for edited tape and preserving the highest quality for raw
footage.

Doesn't seem to be a question?

Anyway...are you using your IEEE
1394 FireWire connection?

Video is typically one hour per disk...
unless you have dual layer capabilities.

ULead will not recognize the .mswmm
project file. Save the movie as a .wmv or .avi.

To save as a .wmv movie file...
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next / Next.
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...

To save as an .avi movie file...
(and several other options)
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next /
Show More Choices /
Other Settings /
Open the drop window and choose...DV-AVI /
Next /
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...
