Many Problems

i have windows vista ultimate and when i start up my laptop narrator and the
on screen keyboard always pop up. what to do? i have turned them all off but
they keep coming back up when i log onto my name.
Also another problem i am encountering is my laptop does not want to resume
after i put it into sleep. i have already went to dell and downloaded the
latest BIOS update. what else can i do?

"ismael" You did check Vista's Help and Support option? In any case
regarding the narrator/keyboard do the folowing:

Start>Acessories>Ease of Access folder>Ease of Access Center -at the center
settings are available for control.

Regarding the sleep function"

Start>Control Panel>Power Options>Under plan checked select "Change Plan
Settings">Select "Change Advanced Power Settings" . there are namy options -
hunt for sleep option settings.
