Hi Try this.

Download the install to the local disc. Disable or remove NORTONS (I always
have issues with NORTONS) try the install. Or even better can you do without
the Yahoo browser try something like Mozilla.

PS while NORTONS is disabled or uninstalled stay off the Internet as it will
only take about 20 secs on DSL before your unprotected machine is infected
with something.

Do you have MJVM,go to run, type:cmd In cmd type:jview If info is displayed
you do,then type:EXIT Go to internet options, scroll down to java, enable it.
Microsoft has had 1 download for jvm,it was around 08/2003 to get it,open
windows update,personalize update,show the update catalog,select windows
operating systems,scroll to server 2003,locate the jvm update,its 5.1 i
believe,
only one listed, dwnload and install, its good for ME.That would be youre next
project,deep-six ME,switch to XP.

Which computer are you talking about, the desktop with ME, or the laptop
with XP?
