Hi, I also have experienced the exact same stop code... but with a very
different problem.

0x0000009C (0x00000004,0x80545FF0,0xB2000000,0x00070F0F)

but mine was caused by something else, i upgraded my graphics card and
recieved this error, revert the card back, it happened again, new install
have been done, installed drivers in safe mode, done it all... any graphics
card does it... but how do i know know its the graphics card... onboard works
perfectly :S

I'm stumped on this stop code and i'm recieving no responce from microsoft,
even though i spend $1000's each year on there software... email me at
robertjpriest(Remove)@msn.com if you know how to fix this... i know there is
nothing wrong with my hardware... they work fine in other machines...

That is almost always a hardware error. Here is a starting point for
trouble shooting.

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329284&sd=RMVP

The easiest thing to check first is RAM. Download memtest86+ from
www.memtest.org Let it run overnight to see if there are any errors. If
there are run it again with only one stick of RAM installed. Test each stick
in turn. If the RAM checks out OK then I would try a better power supply.
You don't mention what graphics card you have. Just with the parts you have
listed I recommend at least a 350 watt power supply. 400 watts would be even
better. It could also be a heat problem. How hot does your CPU get when
under a load?

Hi Kerry,

sorry if I posted before my configuration:

Mobo: MSI K8n Dimaond Bios V.1.8
CPU: Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 3800+
Mem: TEAMGROUP 2x1GB pc 3200 2-3-2-5 TXDR1024M400HC2
Hd (System): 1 Maxtor L160M0
Hd (storage): 2 Hitachi 80Gb
Hd (storage): 1 Hitachi 160Gb
GraphicBoard: nVidia GeForce 6800 GS
Psu: Enermax Liberty ATL500

It is all new. I have tested with memtest for 12 hours, but I didn't
get any error.
In the MSI forum have told me that the probleme is on the setting in
the bios about memory.
In my bios all is setted in AUTO, but really I am so able to change
this setting in other ways.

That's all.

How hot does your CPU get? All that hardware will generate a lot of heat.
Many cases will not cope well with that much heat.

No, kerry my HW doesn't generate heat...normaly I have 23 in the
cabinet and about 35/38 C° in cpu...
Maybe the probleme is on the memory and I don't know how to solve it.

You have to start trying to isolate the faulty hardware. Do things one step
at a time seeing if the problem occurs. You have to find a method of
reliably causing the problem first. Once you can cause the problem to occur
at will then remove everything not needed to boot the computer. Disconnect
all hard drives, floppy drives, CD/DVD drives, printers, USB devices etc.
You only want one hard drive, a video card, keyboard, mouse, one stick of
RAM, and monitor installed. Boot the computer, Try to cause the problem. If
it still happens then one of the components still hooked up is at fault.
You'll have to substitute known good parts one at a time. If the problem
doesn't occur then shut down and reinstall one item. Test again. Keep doing
this reinstalling one item at a time until the problem happens. When the
problem happens one of two things is the cause, the item you just
reinstalled, or you just hit the limit of your power supply. It is very time
consuming but there are no real shortcuts.
