Manually Configuring port numbers so MSN Messenger can "file transfer" when INt.

Just a quick question... I followed the step-by-step
instructions from Microsoft to manually "open ports" for
MSN Messenger file transfer to work when the Internet
Connection Firewall is enabled. I am confused at the
chart. It says that MSN Messenger port is 6891-6900
TCP. When I get to the "add services" area in the
advansed LAC settings menu.....am I supposed to enter ONE
PORT NUMBER (example-6891).....or........do I have to
enter the ENTIRE RANGE OF PORTS ONE AT A TIME?????
(example-6891,6892,6893,etc) If someone could clarify
this, I would greatly appreciate it.
