Manual hotfix check

Hi

I have had a problem with my server where the MBSA did not pick up a missing
hotfix. Therefore I'd like to check they are all installed.

So, 2 questions:

Is there a list of hotfixes since SP4?
Is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Windows 2000\SP5\ the place
to check they are installed?
