Manual Archive does not work.

I have user I am trying to help, they have a very large mailbox to the
company standards so we are getting him to archive most of his mail.
Originally this worked like a charm, but recently he reported it to
stop. So I took a look at all the settings, hes saving it to the
right file, right date, and has everythign setup as he should. I
checked the archive size and it is only 250meg. Last I'm thinking
maybe their just been modified lately, well after goign though his
mail, I see items hes trying to archive that have not been modified
only read. I have even went to the extent to try to use a new file
name in a new location, but the process does not move any of the
email, yet shows it is running.

Anyone run into a fix for this? Without causing frustration for him,
he has more then 30 sub folders so going though them all would be a
pain for dragging and dropping.

So the modified date is older than the date set in the archive setting?

k well from the link you sent me the only thing that I could see being
the major problem is mailbox being full. I can try moving some file
over by hand, again the problem being he has tons of sub folders. Yes
the modify date is older then archive date. But even then, he has
unmodified email not moving at all as well.
