Managing a domain

hi, i currently have outlook 98, and i have a domain's
email i would like to manage. I can set up an account for
each email address and then anything else that gets sent
to my domain goes to a wildcard email account..

Can i accomplish these two things in 98, or the newer
versions?....

1. Open one profile up, eg.."mydomain" and have emails
sent to different addresses go into seperate folders..
Like outlook would know the difference between mail sent
to (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) and move all of their
mail into different folders. This would save time so i
wouldn't have to create a seperate profile for each email
account at my domain.

2. since all emails sent to (e-mail address removed) are
forwarded to my wildcard email address...is it possible to
block one address altogether from getting emails? ..Like
for instance say i start getting all kinds of junk mail at
(e-mail address removed), (which would be forwarded to my
wildcard email account) is it possible to just block out
that email address from receiving email? That way my
wildcard account I could still check out for mispells on
emails sent to me, and not have to bother seeing all the
junk mail at that address...
