After opening MY DOCUMENTS and trying to click
HELP & SUPPORT under HELP link at the top of the window, the windows pops-up
and says:
YOUR COMPUTER IS HALTED AND NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

OBJECT : File System Object
ACTIVITY: Create Folder
File: helpctr.exe
I am stopping this script as recommended .
However it always pops -up, what should I do about this, how to get rid of
this?
Thank you!
Maggie

Hi Maggie,

Which anti-virus (or script-blocker) software are you using? Help and Support uses a great deal of scripting operations in the background, and it's completely safe to allow helpctr.exe to run.
