Symantec script blocking

Every time I try to open any help and support I receive this alert:
Symantec script blocking has prevented a script action that could be harmful
to you.

Application: helpctr.exe
source file: c:\documents and settings\owner\-fromstarthelp
object: windows script host shell object
method: Run

I have been having all kinds of problems. When I link on to a web site I can
hear sound but no picture

If your running an AntiVirus Firewall plus Windows Firewall then turn off
your Windows firewall. You only need one firewall and it wont connect you to
the Internet just to open your Help and Support.
