Making My Programs & Screen Smaller

I restarted my computer and when it came back up
everything was really big. The icons, my
programs..everything. I've never changed any of the
settings but I've tried to change them back to normal but
I can't seem to find "normal". I have XP and I just want
things to look like when I got it. I've gone into the
properties for the taskbar and desktop. Does anyone have
any suggestions on what I should do? Please e-mail me
with a response!!!

Try Display > Properties > Settings > Screen
Resolution. Think most XPs come with
800x600. Larger #s mean SMALLER windows, icons, etc.
