Fonts and icons size.

I've just upgraded my Graphics Intel Driver. Everything works right, BUT the
fonts, the desktop icons, the windows, even the taskbar width, everything,
is HUGE. How can I return to my smaller previous appereance?
TIA,
Peter
PS: In "desktop appereance", it shows "normal fonts". No option for smaller
fonts.

Why don't you increase the resolution. If this is a TFT monitor, set it
to its native resolution according to the manual.

Yes, it is TFT (whatever it means), and I changed the resolution from
800x600 to 1024x768. Now it is too small. I couldn't find any intermediate
resolutions between these two. Are they?
Thank you very much for your help
Peter

If 1024x768 is the native resolution, you should stick with it.

Control Panel > Display > Settings tab > Advanced > Video Adapter tab
(or similar) > List all Modes. However, I do not recommend any screen
resolution different from the native resolution. Instead, you may want
to adapt the font size via General tab > DPI Settings. Other elements
(icon size etc.) may be adapted via Appearance tab > Advanced button.
