Making a rule for specific attachments

John Kramer

I want to have a rule that will delete messages that have
a specific attachments. When I run the wizard, I can
only select attachments. So that would be any
attachments. I don't want that. Only these virus ones
that have that Replacement for objectionable attachment
and the noname.htm.htm attachment. I'm getting tired of
deleting 20 to 50 aday at work. And since the junk-mail
only looks at the from that doesn't work. Any help would
be appreciated.

You can't set a rule on the name of an attachment either. You can on the
body though or just set a rule to move the message to the junk-mail folder
when your name isn't in the To or CC field and when the sender is not in
your addresslist.

Hope this helps!
