Making a link bar into a hyperlink??

I've tried it all and followed others suggestions like going to my navigation
area
and adding a custom link bar than adding the URL to what I want linked. I
get the link up and the text is right but the all I get is a x in the box. Am
I doing something wrong?

If you mean why is the red x showing instead of the image
for the BBS button then the answer is the reference to
the graphic file points to your C drive.

You can see this if you View Source from your browser and
look for the reference to the file.

Ok now how did that happen you ask? You did not File |
Import that graphic file into your Front Page web prior
to using it.

would you be able to tell me how to do that? I only added the link bar from
my navigation so I have no idea what I did wrong. How's this........how do
you make a link bar button into a hyperlink?
