link bars are not hyperlinked

I am working on my first website and have problems with the link bars. I
have spent hours comparing templates which have link bars, checking the
template navigational structure etc. and can't get mine to work. My link
bars work when I hit "ctrl" & "click", linking to the correct page, and when
I preview, it shows the link bar, but when I upload or preview in the browser
the link bar does not show up. Also in the hyperlink view, it does not show
that my home page is linked to any other of my (5) web pages. My navigational
structure is simple, a home page with 5 pages at the level below the home
page. Thank you to anyone who can get me on the right track.

Post a URL to your published site
- make sure your home page file name is the same as that required by your host

Do I need to hyperlink my pages in addition to adding the link bar? I
thought the link bar did this automatically.

Check w/ your host for the proper home page file name
You have 2
http://www.marasglass.com/index.html
and
http://www.marasglass.com/index.htm

PS
- rename all file to remove spaces
and the space bar is not a design tool
- use tables for your page layout

Thanks, I will check into that.
Another question: My website is a home page with 5 pages directly below.
Will the link bars link the pages together (I have the same link bar on all 6
pages) or will the navigational structure automatically link them OR do I
have to do something to automatically link them in another way too? Thanks
again!

Put your link bar in an include page (applied to all pages) or in a shared border and it will
