Maker pics smaller for email

I have recently been unable to make my pics smaller for email because the
dialogue box that usually appears after you select the pic to send does not
appear.
I have always sent pics this way. Did I turn it off somehow. Thanks for
your time.

Click on Start and click on Run and type in the following in the opening
textbox:

REGVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
This will take a second to run and you will get a success message.
This should bring the function back.

Looks like someone made a typo...there's
supposed to be an S between G and V.

Go to...Start / Run...and copy/paste the following:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

Then press your Enter key.

Let us know the result.
