Make this folder private is not available

Make this folder private is not available. This option is
grayed out on my computer. How can I fix this so I can
make a folder private.

Is your drive formatted NTFS? It needs to be in order
for the make folders private option to appear.

My drive is formatted NTFS, but still- make folders
private option doesn't appear.
Doesn't Win-XP HE have this features???
