I posted this here because IE newsgroups have few replies.
If I open a favourite from my desktop or a link within IE7, the window only
opens up halfway down the screen.
In properties, ther is no Maximize option.
Is there a way to get all internet pages to on full screen?
Thanks

Create a few shortcuts to your browser on your Desktop, or Quick Launch
bar, then edit the shortcuts.

1. Change the "Target:" to:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" http://lpga.com

(as an example site.)

2. After adding the internet address, change the "Run:" pane to "Maximized".

That will make those shortcuts open IE maximized. There's also software
available that will switch opened windows to the maximized condition.

Hope this helps,

When selecting IE\Properties on your IER icon in the taskbar and not on your Desktop on the Shortcut Tab you will have the Widow marked as Run. There use the dropdown arrow to select maximized.

The most common way to set the window IE is to stretch the windows to the size that you want and then close it. IE will remember the last window size and open it next time to the size that was set
