Make icon

I have a web site that I goto often,I would like to make an icon that refers
to that web site and put it on my desk top. Can I do that? If so how?

Open MSpaint, make a 32x32 pixel picture, save as .BMP file, rename to
..ICO, r-click on the shortcut to the web site, select change icon,
browse to your .ICO file and apply.

When you are at this particular web site, drag & drop the litlle IE icon in
the address bar (left hand side) to your desktop.
