Have a PC running XP Pro connected to a LAN (via wireless network). I
want to use the Synchronize tools and have been following the tutorial
in XP for doing this.

I have selected a network drive in the My Computer window and under the
File option expected to see "Make available offline" - there is no
option, not even grayed-out - can anyone suggest a reason for this?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Jeremy,

Check to be sure offline files are enabled on your computer: In My Computer,
click "Tools", and then click "Folder Options". On the "Offline Files" tab,
select "enable offline files". (You can also configure your synchronization
settings here.)

That's perfect, thank you very much for that info!
