Make available offline / Synchronization Log file

M

Michael Scott

Greetings,
I have one user who synchronizes Gigabytes of files for use offline. It
seems that files and entire folders will disappear periodically, and I was
wondering if there is a log somewhere that may tell me what went wrong.

It seems like the problem occurs most often when the user syncs
something while she is at a remote location.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike Scott

HI,

For your situation, I'd like to suggest you reset Offline Files Cache

How to Restart the Offline Files Cache/Database

For the log information about offline files, I think you can find it in
System event log & Application event log.
