Make - Allow users to connect...Unavailable

Can someone tell me how to make the "Allow users to
connect remotely to this computer" in the System
Properties / Remote Desktop window unavailable (grayed out)
in XP Pro?

Do you have administrator's rights on the computer?

Click Start, Run and enter GPEDIT.MSC Go to:

Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components,
Terminal Services.

In the right pane look for Do not allow new client connections. Double
click this entry and set it to Enabled. This will prevent incoming
connections, and users will not be allowed to change it.
