I'm getting an error message after I rana Virus search and deleted some files.
it says it is missing the login information its called C000021a and i can't
figure out how to fix it. this is mainly becuase i cna't log in to redownload
the stupid file. any ideas?

I havea standard Dell Dimension 9100

More than likely the scan deleted some virus files, the filename you
mentioned doesn't correspond to any windows system files.
When posting a help request, always use the exact wording of the error. and
what is happening when the error is displayed.
I suggest you login using safe mode, and use SFC to scan for and replace
missing and or corrupted system files. do a search for correct syntax/use of
SFC, have your install cd for XP handy.

Job security
Man, what would we all do without windows consumer-tech job-creation
job-sustaining-relationship driving the Global landscape.

FYI it gives a blue screen and says the message, which basicly says that the
windows login file was deleted and thatit is now shutting down.

ithinki needto get the xp CD becuase ours came pre installed and i jsutahev
to reinstall it, correct me if i'm wrong

OR boot to your xp cd and run a repair install, I would suggest you get a
GOOD AV software, to scan your pc before and after the repair.
