Major mess-ups

I'm not that computer savvy so bear with me. I left my mother to baby sit my
house while I went on vacation. While I was gone evidently she let everybody
in our zip code come over and use my system, and did they have fun. If it
tells you anything, I have a program running now in there now that has a
little naked gal dancing out from the right corner every now and again.

But I digress. Now I have a set of problems, perhaps unrelated, but they all
came at once. I can't use the search function on the start menu anymore. I
can't open more than one Internet Explorer window anymore, and EVERYTHING
takes forever.

I ran my Norton Anti-Virus, I went and used the free one shot at McAfee, I
ran Spy-Bot S&D, I ran Ad-Aware.

Nada...

Run them all again, especially HijackThis and make sure they are all
updated:
