MAJOR HELP REQUESTED

Im having a major problem as of late
# 1 i open my internet explorer 7 and i will goto temporary internet files
folder to manually delete stuff and when i scroll down ill get a windows
explorer error and temp files folder will vanish this continues if i keep
trying and after 4 attempts windows crashes I have no virus, trojans, adware,
nothing and im all upto date with everything anyone have any ideas??

#2- My home network is somehow setup to access the internet thru the main
computer not the router how do i find out a step by step guide to set up 2
computers to access the internet thru the router that are independent of one
another (currently main computer must be turned on for the internet to be
accessed by second computer) I have resetup networking to go thru a router
but its not working HELP

In XP: Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup.

Depending on the options checked can tidy up your temp internet files and
a few other things, claws back disc space.
Sorry, haven't a clue about networking.

ive tried that as well it doesnt help i still have this issue

it sounds like what you have setup is Internet Connection Sharing.....where
the other computer(s) go thru the 1st computer to access the net not
directly thru the Router.
Here is a website that explains the difference and how to setup either
one....or undo one and reset the correct one.
