MAILER-DAEMON - Mail Failure

Why is it I can not send to one particular email address. It keeps sending it
back with this message (The user does not accept email in non-Western
(non-Latin) character sets.)

I can send through Outlook Express without any problem but I can not send it
through Microsoft Outlook.

It would appear, then, you have your Outlook mail encoding set to something
other than Western European (Windows) or Western European (ISO). Click
Tools>Options>Mail Format>International Options and examine the drop-down at
the bottom.
