example: I set up a subfile under inbox. the default column is "TO." I change
it to "FROM" (because going back a week later and looking for an email FROM
someone, versus seeing my email there as a "TO" is more logical). Somewhere
along the way it switches back to "TO." Without me doing anything!
Similarly, under sent, I set it to the opposite. In this case "TO" (so a
week later I can find an email that I sent to someone, rather than seeing my
email address there). some of the sub files flip back to "FROM." Without me
doing anything!
Hoping this makes sense to someone.
So I reset it multiple times.....get frustrated because it keeps flipping
back......and jump on here hoping someone out there has the golden key to
this one!
How do I get them to stay either TO or FROM, how I want them to stay?
Appreciate your help!
