How large are these e-mails that are getting rejected? Maybe they
exceed the maximum size per message anti-spam quota imposed by your ISP.
What did the disk quota consumption meter show when you used the webmail
interface to your unidentified account? Does your ISP provide one?
Is your e-mail account with your ISP or from someone else? What did
your ISP say when you asked them about your problem in receiving those
problematic e-mails?
