ever time I open my windows mail it is telling me down in lower right hand
corner that I am sending mail this is a result of some video I tried to send
but after a while it errors. How do I tell it to stop trying to send it?

Why not look in the OUTBOX, and delete that large message?

Open the Outbox, and delete it.
You may have to disconnect your internet connection first...
