mail subject in arabic cannot read

sir i am facing a problem with my outlook, when ever i received an e-mail
with a subject in arabic language it shows ?????????. and in the same
computer we try with other user profile to the same mail, they can reed
subject in arabic, i need your support to fix this problem

The two user profiles, do they use the same PST file?

If not, then one PST may be Unicode enabled (Outlook 2003 only), and the
other not.
