Mail stationery button

On the New Message tool bar there is a button called Mail Stationery. When I
click on it it displays several interesting types of stationery that are not
listed on the Stationery Pick list in the Mail Setup. When I try to Insert
the stationery I am interested in, nothing happens. Why and how do I get this
stationery to download so that I can use it? My Smiley Icons work just fine
as does the signature feature.

Outlook does not include smiley packages except for the simple Word
autoformatting. Do you have a third party program installed?

Milly,

I clicked on my smiley button and it took me to the web site
www.smileycentral.com. It is a free service with lots of smileys to choose
from. Hope this helps.
