mail server

Hello, i want to setup a small mailserver for 3 PC's on a boat, all with
windows vista (home premium).
1 pc is sometimes connected to a wifi (harbour) and sometimes connected by
satelite phone.
this pc has to connect to 3 pop boxes and retreive the email.
when the 2 laptop's connect to the network they connect to the mailserver
and retreive the email local from the PC.
Does anyone know good stable software for this ??
